why dont more people take advantage of a sport drink after work outs for the insulin , what is the other ways of getting insulin in post workout??? any substances

i use dextrose for sure.. but if u want INSULIN to be pumped out by ur pancrease all u need to do is eat hi GH foods such as SUCROSE lol
but in all honesty i prefer just using humalog ftw

I just put 100grams of white sugar in my protein shake after the gym i have noticed a big differents since i started doing this, it dose the job for me.
