    White oats and brown oats?

    Is this the same as white bread and brown bread..... coz i have been eating lots of white oats..... is this what is making me fat?

    white oats..never heard of it. you dont mean white rice?
    making you fat? dependant on when/how much...does it 'fit' in with your daily macros?
