    BF% drop expectations....

Just wanted to get some real world experiences for those who have dropped their BF%....

Trying to get a realistic time period of BF%....

I'm between 18-20% now and want to get down to 13-15% and curious what kind of time period I would be looking at....The thing that sux is I dont want to go under 200lbs and Im at 208lbs now....If I cut down 6%BF Im prolly gonna be well under 200....

So how much did you drop in what time period....was ur diet right and did you use anything like clen ?

Most people get 'antzy' and drop cals hard right off the bat, leading to fat/LBM loss. Take it slow, slowly up cardio and if your losing more than 1.5-2lbs per week, I'd be concerned it won't just be fat.

If your diet is spot on, I'd say to get from 19%-14% would take 5-6 weeks? Take it slow and do it right...you don't want your workouts to suffer.

if you diet correctly & do cardio correctly-as in pre-competition mode, you can lose UP TO 1% bodfat per week.... obviously anything less than perfect cardio & diet will yield much less than that, also depends on each individual......remember-slow & steady to retain muscle.

6 weeks was better then I thought, can I see an example of the perfect cardio? I was going to follow the Jan or Feb 28 day program in Muscle Fitness Mag.....It looked pretty good

    perfect cardio?
If your just beginning, start with 4-5 days week for 30 min in the am or PWO. Then boost to 45min. I made a mistake of upping cardio to quickly.

One thing that i will add, and i dont know if it goes for everyone, but it took my body like 2-3 weeks before i even saw any real changes in body weight/fat percentage. And this was with a strict diet and cardio 4 times a week. I think the body has to have a bit of time to adjust.

Yeah same here, I didn't see any change the first two weeks. I couldn't believe it, I was killing myself and nothing changed. But then after that I started losing weight.

I decided to get my BF down to 8% a couple of months ago. I started training twice a day for 6 days a week. Hard cardio for an hour in the morning and an hour of lifting in the afternoon plus and 1 hour of walking a day. A balance diet of 2 weeks around 2400 calories a day cycled with 2 weeks of 3500 a day. I have included two pics from 15 Jan til 15 March. I started at around 20% and now down around 12%. I have around 4 kilos of fat to shed to get to 8%.

I am also using lots of gear. 5ius HGH, HGH Peptide, T4, T3, Test E, Phera Vol, IGF, Clen 2w-on/2w-off.
