    Australian frying steak

    I have just bought a lot of this in bulk. The problem is that it does not state the number of grams of protein etc per weight of steak. Can I get some help. I have tryed goggling it but no joy, Thanks.

    I dont know your conversions, but I am sure you could figure it out. A 3 ounce portion is usually around 30 grams of protein.
