Once a week either friday or sturday my diet goes to shit from about 6pm to 10am the next day.
I know it is not benificial and I have been making gains but was just curious if any body has done the same and has an opinion on just how bad the effects are to progress. I just want to get out and have a little fun during the week without worrying about meals and sleep.
I am a hardgainer on a 3.5k calorie bulk right now but my prgress has slowed and I am suspect that it is natural for gains not to come as quickly the heavier I become. Or could my night of fun be killing me.![]()
Sooooo, can 18 hours of carelessness destroy my entire week of work?
