Who does this?
Once a week either friday or sturday my diet goes to shit from about 6pm to 10am the next day.
I know it is not benificial and I have been making gains but was just curious if any body has done the same and has an opinion on just how bad the effects are to progress. I just want to get out and have a little fun during the week without worrying about meals and sleep.
I am a hardgainer on a 3.5k calorie bulk right now but my prgress has slowed and I am suspect that it is natural for gains not to come as quickly the heavier I become. Or could my night of fun be killing me.
Sooooo, can 18 hours of carelessness destroy my entire week of work?

i don't think so, but i'd eat a lot of mixed carbs as soon as possible after the break in eating + some fast acting protein, a bit later i would add some slow acting protein..

if ur a hard gainer and ur naturally lean it wont hurt you much if at all....unless of course ur on like a strict precontest diet then ya i could see it hurting you more but if your bulking..nah dont worry bout it...

I thought it wasn't a huge deal so thx.
By going to shit I mean not eating enough or substituting with to much junk food.
