ok this is my 4th week of my cutting diet...and i was told to repost it and see what u guys thought i should cut down on each meal...becuase im soppose to cut down on the calorie intake but i really dont have a clue what to cut down on PLEASE HELP...230/6'1/18bf.....i have lost bout 6lbs in 3 half weeks..heres my diet as of the last 3 weeks

Cutting Diet

Meal 1 - 8:00am ……1/2cup oatmeal….Banana….Chicken breast / Protein shake / 2 tbsp flax seed
572 cal / 13.5gram fat / 56 gram protein / 64.5 gram carbs

Meal 2 - 12:00pm…Top round steak / 5 egg whites / celery 100g / red potato 200g (baked )
459 cal / 4 gram fat / 51 gram protein / 43.7 gram carbs

Meal 3 - 5:30pm….½cup oatmeal / chicken breast / apple / 4oz lean beef
510 cal / 13.8 gram fat / 51.5 gram protein / 42.3 gram carbs

Workout - 7:30pm……creatine
25 cal / 5 gram carbs

Meal 4 - 9:30pm…..2 protein shakes / potato red 200g (baked) / salad small (maybe) not included
410 cal / 3.5gram fat / 53 gram protein / 50 gram carbs

Meal 5 - 11:15pm…4 to 6 oz lean beef / ½ cup oats
320 cal / 11 gram fat / 28 gram protein / 27 gram carbs


Total = 2339calories / 46 gram fat / 256.5 gram protein / 240.5 gram carbs
