    is something wrong here???

24 years old, 6'2" @230lbs from 215lbs on deca420mg/week & test E 500mg/week for 14 weeks, on week 8/9...heres my concern, just want some critiqueing on my diet...but first please take into consideration: i am a high school teacher, and i coach baseball also, so i am at the school for about 12-14 hours a day, so my diet is hard to control sometimes, but fairly consistent...please tell me what you think, if its ok? what changes should be made? ect ect...........

6:30am: shake, muscle milk, with milk: 630 cals
    7:30am: 2 cereal oat bars: 300 cals
9:30am: sandwich (ham and cheese on wheat): 600 cals
11:00am: cytosport weightgainer (with water): 600 cals
11:30am: school lunch (different everyday, but balanced): 1000 cals

    2:00pm: protein shake (100% whey): 500 cals
(dont eat until after baseball practice and lift, except the occaional gatorade)

6-7pm-ish: dinner: different always (usually some combo of meat, potatoes, bread, 2% milk): 1200-1500 cals
8:30-9pm-ish: protein shake with milk (sometimes, about EOD): 600 cals

Total of: anywhere from 4800 cals to 5400 cals

Please anyone give me some advice things you think i should add or remove or any advice you think i need: keep in mind i understand the gap between 2pm and 6-7pm, but not much i can do about that, but let you know if you think i shoul try if its a huge deal...thanks so much!!!

Your diet is horrible and you are arguably to young to even be using anabolics. Do some research on a proper bulking diet and repost with macros.

I would add some complex carbs at 2pm (assuming you lift between 2-6 )to provide energy and probably a meal replacement bar as soon as you are done. This isn't the best option but it is fairly reasonable considering your schedule.

Newconquest, I do not want to come off as being insolent, so do not take it that way. Your diet needs a lot of work. I work and go to university, hence I as many others here as well are in the same boat as yourself. I dont know where to start as far as the diet is concerned, it just has to be totally overhauled. It would be in your best interest to read the stickies to help your diet out. Remember, a supplement is to complete a thing or supply a deficiency. You have done the reciprocal, making it your base. Food should be you base
