How many more calories you take on cycel depends on the person. You're not going to get any legit info without stats. So post up your stats and i'm sure people will try and help you out! Good luck!
btw..how many calories are you taking in now. and gaining 2 lbs of muscle everyweek is impossible natural.

i would say more 0.5 pound a week is the max with everything in check(without gear)

I start out at 1000 over maint. then I'll raise them 500 after the first week or two. Then I'll raise or lower them as needed.

first it depends on size, a larger person can increase his calorie excess much higher than a small person and get away w/ putting on alot less fat
this question really needs to goto the diet section for its a common question and then they will pick apart ur diet and tell you how off it is too.
also to note.. an experience lift can only put on bout 8 or so lbs of LBM per year.. so wat do you think the rest is?
