health food resurant and what they claim
Where I live there is a health food resturant that has menu's with all of the nutritional information for each product that they offer. The problem is that I just don't beleive them. I ate a large bowl of chilli today with lean beef and they claim that it has only 375 calories, but this was a huge bowl, and it just doesn't feel like 375 calories in my stomach. I like this place becasue they do cook food in a lot more healthy way then most resturants, but I was wondering if there is a way to test food for their caloric intake and their macro's, any idea's?

It's pretty expensive to have a lab test the results. Chili is pretty lean and good for you if it's made in the healthy way.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want to put inaccurate macros on their menu. If they did it would be false advertising and could get them in sh*t. There is a lot of bulk in chili with the kidney beans which are high in fibre which can help keep you feeling a little more full.
