    Everybodys typical daily food intake

    So what does everybody do for a daily basis as far as meals and food are concerned. Shakes, whole natural foods, steamed, grilled, chicken, steak, tuna, vegis...what do you do, also how and when do you prepare all these meals since I am assuming alot of you are busy as well. I am in pretty good shape, nothing spectacular, dont do a whole lot of cardio(eliptical for about less than 30 minutes a week), and stay around 10-12% bf and hover between 185 and 190, but want to get my diet in check to pack on some lean pounds and lean out what I already have. In the past I have had long periods of a very well balanced diet consisting of lots of vegis, meats, fruits and lots of rice, and I seem to put on weight consistently with that diet in mind. But diet lately the diet has sucked pretty badly, lots of protein bars(I know they have loads of sugar, but its the only thing I have since I am so busy all the time), and different quick fix foods, I have been trying to pack in alot of simple carbs lately as well. So I wanted to see what you guys eat as well as when and how you find time to fix it all so I can get some ideas as well on how to save time here and there. Looking forward to the responses. I also have work in the mornings from 8-11, school from 12-5:30, and its a long drive between so I usually have like 15 minutes to get my books, some food and leave...hence protein bars.

    shakes work great when your short on time, however try to keep them in moderation and still try to get most of your meals as actual food. Try preparing your food for the day the night before and maybe keep a small cooler in your car. I like cooking up 8 oz hamburger patties 5 or 6 at a time and eating them cold throughout the following day. Like you, im always on the go with school/work and stuff, so my car acts as my part time kitchen.

    6 hard boiled eggs, raisins,bagel
    3/4 cup oatmeal,banana
    red meat, beans, corn,and sweet potatoes
    red meat,beans,corn sweet potatoes
    chicken, beans,corn, sweet potatoes
    tilapia, beans, corn, sweet potatoes
    red meat, beans, corn, sweet potatoes
    cottage cheese, flax seeds i like to cook everything in bulk b/c its a lot easier to eat if its cooked already.
    i try to eat lots of beef, its best for growing.

    typical meals for me would be chicken and rice, steak and potatoes, eggs and oats, tuna and whole wheat bread. even hamburgers or spaghetti made with lean ground beef and whole wheat pasta noodles of course. as for shakes, i usually drink em with blended oats.

    cottage cheese
    salmon patties and oilve oil and miss's dash!
    porkchops and pasta and regu speghetti sauce
    some times oatmeal or cream of wheat...
    fajita flavored chickn breasts
    asparagus, brussle sprouts, broccoli, romain lettuce and thats bout all i eat anymore'
    if i am going to have a shake.. which is maybe once or twice a week it is pwo and that is it... food works SO MUCH BETTER

    damn tai u eat clean! how the hell did u get so fat!lol jk's......do u incorporate any dirty foods to bump cals?

    shake w natty PB
    chicken,salad,broccoli
    tuna, sweet potato
    chicken,rice cakes,asparagus
    egg whites again or chicken or turkey
    shake w flax

    Breakfast:

    scrambled eggs made from 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs.
    4 pieces of toast with a little olive oil added for taste.
    16 oz glass of chocolate milk
    An orange
    4 sausage links

    10am
    A bowl of chicken noodle soup
    2 pieces of bread
    1 large pancake

    Lunch
    3 pork chops
    large bowl of mashed potatoes
    2 whole tomatoes with olive oil
    half a loaf of Italian bread
    Mixed salad
    Bowl of chicken with rice soup

    2pm
    2 chicken breast sandwiches
    1 bowl of chicken with rice soup
    an apple

    4pm
    3 plain burgers from Mcdonalds and fries

    Dinner

    T-bone steak
    Lage bowl of rice
    mixed greens salad
    bowl of blueberries

    9pm
    Plate of 3 cheese ravioli with homeade tomato sauce
    2 slices of garlic bread
    glass of chocolate milk

    11pm
    Chicken with rice soup
    bread sticks dipped in olive oil
    2 oranges
    1 apple.

    3am or whenever I get up at night..

    Whatever leftovers I can find to make a plate out of. usually some kind of meat and bread with a tomato.

    And I can't gain a damn pound!!!

    not really no.. i just eat alot of wat i got.. i dropped 342.00$ on grocereies this week and IM CUTTING right now so that just kinda goes to show ya
