TIRED AS HELL! not enough carbs???
deca /test E, 230lbs up from 215, on week 9 of 14, on normal each muscle group once a week workout (everything to failure), 5,000+ cals/day (300g/protein)
trying to figure out why i am so tired all the time, (i mean im falling asleep from the time i wake up until i go to bed), is it because im working so hard??? i went back over my diet and i think it might be because im not getting enough carbs...
looking for any suggestions on how i can get carbs in me easier, easy carbs to eat i mean, im a teacher so its not easy to just eat what i want all the time...it needs to be something i can get on the run...would sugar be a good idea or not? like coke's maybe? please help, gotta go, falling asleep again

rice cakes/oats....something of that nature....I wouldnt be drinking cokes man... stick with good carb sources.

ill get the carbs on here a little bit later, please check back and let me know if thats the problem! i think it might be...
what is carb cycling? just having carbs in every meal? or certain meals?

If you are having >5000 cals per day, where the heck are you getting the cals from then? What exactly is your diet?
