could you post the macros for this diet? also i'd add in some more vegetables, like beans or broccoli in meal 7 because it looks like you do not have enough vegetables throught the day. also what i like to do is have cottage cheese and PB for my last meal of the day, good source of caesin protein in the cc.

i 2nd this. most people do not include enough vegetables or fiber. both are needed for processing and absorbing food. i also like casein at night time.

when I say its 200g of chicken its the weight of it, not the protein content. I weigh all my food to eat the right amount of calories, so if needed ill increase or decrease my calories consisting of carbs or protein, fat, give or take...
I do add a 5 bean salad in there and yes ill add more veggies.
For protein I may also have meat or fish as well instead of chicken, and for carbs I may add in potato, or sweet potato, rice, brown pasta etc.
I try to keep my diet different all the time by mixing up the foods on different days.

protein shake is useless at bed time unless it is casein or even better a more fatty meat source or cottage cheese and PB. You protein intake in those chicken meals is going to be about 60-70g pro that is way over the top. Spread the protein more evenly through the day. You have no fish oil present which IMO is vital. Fish oil differs from flax as it has a EPH and DHA which are not present in flax (even in a perfect body only 5% of flax will be converted into EPH/DHA which is not enough for healthy function.
Add some good fibrous green veg.
Work out your macros and give your stats as it is impossible to tell if this diet is suitable for you without those.

200g of chicken has about 46g of protein, Ive checked this from two different sources from calorie counter books.
Ive managed to work out how much I need to eat by using the Harris Benedict calculator. Thats how I know how much Im supposed to eat and Ive spent a heap of time researching and getting the diet right.
Yes fish oil is better than flaxseed oil and im going to be substituting it in my diet.
