Im 6'0 205lbs and I lift pretty hard w/ high intensity for an hour 6 days a week. I just started my cycle and was wondering what amount of calories I should consume in order to be gaining lbm and keeping fat gain to a minimum??
I am under the impression that 4-5k is what is standard for a lean bulk but, not sure, also have a little bit slower than normal metabolism.
ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
