Please Guys Need Diet Help Quick, Total Diet Newbie
Hey guys
I desperatley need help on making a diet and sticking strictly to it. I've been working out for prob 3-4 years because of football and what not. I am not a newbie when it comes to working out. I am however a newbie when it comes to diet. I never would of thought that having an awsome body is something like 75% diet and 25% working out but I guess its true because I've worked out hard and don't have the body that I desire. I want to to basically become shredded and prob need to be cutting or clean bulking right? The problem is that Im a pretty strong guy but my body just doesn't look like it. If someone could please help me out with a diet and everything I would greatly appreciate it
STATS
height 5'8
Weight 190lbs
Bench max- 300
Squat max-375
Clean- 210
Curls-115lbs straight bar

dude go read the diet forums no ones going to structure a diet for you!

also just looking at your shape i'd say the way you train isnt right.....i'd drop the weight and focus on form...my arms are border line 18" and i dont curl a 115lb straight bar i might use 100 AT most.....i think your routine needs some help as well
