Hey guys
I desperatley need help on making a diet and sticking strictly to it. I've been working out for prob 3-4 years because of football and what not. I am not a newbie when it comes to working out. I am however a newbie when it comes to diet. I never would of thought that having an awsome body is something like 75% diet and 25% working out but I guess its true because I've worked out hard and don't have the body that I desire. I want to to basically become shredded and prob need to be cutting or clean bulking right? The problem is that Im a pretty strong guy but my body just doesn't look like it. If someone could please help me out with a diet and everything I would greatly appreciate it
