First off your calories are too low for your stats and activity level, bring them up to atleast 2k. Milk = sugar, apple = sugar, banana = sugar, I love them all but I avoid them all during a hardcore cut. Keep it simple, with pro/fat and pro/carb meals, rearrange it with new macro's and repost. Macros should be closer to Pro 260, Fat 80, Carb 80 for a 40/20/40 type diet.

Edit: It's nice to see a new member starting out in the DIET forum and not the steroids forum. You're off to a good start already.

So i should increase my calories to about 2k, protein to about 260 and increase my fat as well, but lower my carbs?
any suggestions on foods that have more cals but are low in carbs and some what higher in pro? Also what are good vegetables to eat?

Raise them to atleast 2k, with your activity level you could get away with even more. The carb/fat distribution is up to the individual, some respond better to lower carbs and higher fats and others vice versa. You'll have to keep track of your macros and find what works best for you. And you should try adding an extra meal in your day, it'll help you fit in all the nutrients you need. Good veggies are usually the green ones, like broccoli, green beans, asparagus etc. Aim for about 2lbs loss per week, if you lose more you need to add some calories or ease up on the cardio. If your fatloss comes to a halt, reduce calories another 300 or so and monitor the next week. Its all about learning how your body responds to dieting and adjusting accordingly.

No problem man. I'm a college student too, so I know it's hard to keep up with the eating. But, it can be done if your dedicated. Good Luck.

im a fellow broke ass college student. i would start up around the 2300 mark and every two weeks drop it by 100 cals, until i hit the 2000mark. if you stick to your basic approach you will achieve good results. if you start feeling sluggish after lowering cals, don't be afraid to eat some extra clean carbs on workout days, it will work wonders. good luck.
