If thats the only way to structure it, then it is fine. U have good foods and such but they may be spaced to far apart in the morning when ur metabolism is the fastest. Might want to keep some bcaa and glutamie pills in ur pocket if u can.

YOU MIGHT THINK ABOUT DROPPING THE COTTAGE CHEESE AND REPLACING IT WITH A SCOOP OF WHEY PROTEIN... DAIRY PRODUCTS CAN MAKE PEOPLE LOOK "SOFT" WHILE CUTTING.

WHERE ARE THE FATS COMING FROM IN THIS MEAL?

I'D DOUBLE YOUR PROTEIN AND CARBS POSTWORKOUT.

You could use more o.mega 3,6,9 fatty acids (healthy fats) that will actually help you lose weight. Good sources of these are peanuts, almonds, salmon, flax seed oil, etc.

You also might be dropping your calories too low and slowing your metabolism down... 2155 isn't very much for a guy your size.
