    Cranberries

    I know they are great for the body, prostate, etc. Can you eat frozen cranberries right out of the bag? In oats, etc?

    Im sure it shouldn't be too much of a problem? I mean I put frozen berries in shakes, admitedly they get blended up but some of the berries stay whole and I wolf it all down still.

    Arent too many cals in a shit load, eh? I was thinking of tossing some with blackberries and fiber one in my cereal for crunch!
