    Cutting fat down

Alright, been on the bulking diet since sept, had some decent gains. Currently at 226 with about %15.5-%16bf.
I need to cut the fat down to %10-%11.

My plan is to obviosuly start cardio, elliptical 30 min or treadmill 1mile at 5mph. Total cardio workouts 4-5 times a week.

    DIET

    9am - 1/2 cup oats with 6oz. water + 6-8oz chicken breast
    Noon - 1/2 cup oats with 6oz. water + 6-8oz chicken breast
    3pm - 1/2 cup oats with 6oz. water + 6-8oz chicken breast
    6pm - 1/2 cup oats with 6oz. water + 6-8oz chicken breast
    9pm PWO - 1/2 cup oats with 6oz. water + 6-8oz chicken breast
    midnight - 2 tbspn flax + 6-8oz steak.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Appreciate it Faiz... that will help me big time. Hate calculating.
Only 2oz and such huge difference. Reason for it is because the pieces are not the same size.. some are 6oz some are 8oz. So on avarage I should be in 7oz. Which would be about 2850 cals/day, 135carb, 300pro.
I think with my size that will be a good cutter.

Well I know that, but... a constant bore of a diet, makes it very easy to cheat!

not really for me personally it makes it easier, cuz u no exatcly how much your eating it just becomes routine.. instead of working out macros for diffrent options . I'm not saying Variety is bad at all... but imo simplicity is what i use to survive

also, when you start getting lean, you could even cycle your carbs and drop even more bf. just a thought. it would be so simple on non workout days with that diet. but in any case, GET RIPPED!

As far as getting bored of same food every day, I already been through the tough part of getting used to it and not cheat. Sure it is easy to cheat, but it is all about dedication, really. I know I wont cheat.
Like Faiz said, it is very easy and it does become a routine. Everyday same food at the same time, no calculating, nothing, just watch the clock and oz. Simple!

Yeah Nova, good advice on the 8oz start.

As far as carbohydrate cycling, never done it, don't have any idea how and what is the purpose of this. I guess I just got to the point where I need to study this, since I never really tried to get cut before.

If You can give me a simple explanation and example of how to do it, I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks guys!
