I am currently cutting down for the summer and mixing up my carb choice every day or two.
Oats
grits
cream of wheat
white rice
brown rice
swt potatoes (not using at this time)
ww pasta (not using at this time)
How would you rank the above, or is it even possible. Most people say oats are the best carb choice, but will your body adapt to them if you constantly eat them every day?
