    Cutting program *Critique*

Its a little bit different for me because i go to class most of the day and dont get many breaks and i work 2 nights a week b/t that so here it is.

    Monday- Chest, shoulders
    Tuesday- Back, Biceps
    Wednesday-Rest
    Thursday Chest, Triceps
    Friday- Rest
    Saturday Quads, calves, hams
    Sunday-Rest

I copied that almost straight out of a muscle magazine. Im trying to beef up my chest while still losing some weight at the same time, I know you either bulk or you cut but im going to try to do 2 in 1. I need to loose about 20-30 pounds of fat and id like to gain 5-7 lbs of muscle in b/t now and june. Im on myogenx (test supp) N.O. Explode, protein shakes 2 times a day morning and night, and creatine. Like i said im not going for the extreme ripped look but 20-30 pounds of fat is a lot and i dont want to look like a scrawny bitch after that. I eat a lot of meat and i understand that you have to eat alot to gain muscle but if im eating the right foods and getting enough protein and still meeting my calorie goal does that matter? Also im going to try to do 45 min of cardio a day. should i do that at a seperate time or do it before or after a workout?
I am also having a hard time staying focused and determined to meet this goal. any suggestions?

    Thanks for any help

    1. Read the important threads at the top of this page
    2. Drop your supplents (waste of bank)
    3. Construct a diet ( by this time you will know that 30 lbs of fat is a lot by june.)
    4. List your stats Ex-height, weight (give a guess on ur body fat as well. look at other people before you decide though)

You need a diet suited toward your goals.
