First off, what are you trying to accomplish with this diet? Is this a cutting diet, or a bulking diet?

Are you working out, doing cardio, both? When?

Try to find macronutrient counts for your meals (protein/fat/carbs) its much easier to critique a diet that way. Try www.fitday.com

need more complex carbs IMO. not enough calories for you to not lose muscle especially working out 4-5 times a day! also you havent said what you are intending to do, bulk or cut? you said you will cut in a month or two so I assume it is bulking you want to achieve.

Agreed... especially for a guy your size. I'd add at least 1,000 calories.

    Okay

So i would like to fit in another meal.
    (Meal 8)
It would be a can of tunna with a cup of oats. This would yeild:
    392 5 47 39

(First meal) i would bump to a cup of oats. And add 1 egg.

And (meal two) i would eat two sandwiches.
    MAking it 546 Callories

This change would bump the cals to 3296

Is it okay to eat every two hours or should it be exactly 2.5. I'll see how i do with 8 meals never tried it but with my school schedual ( which is very scatterd) i'll try my best.

Also what do you think would be better adding an 8th meal or just making the 7 meals bigger?

Thanks again for all the continous support
