its awesome i havent been this thin since i was 22. i was swimming in all my clothes. as of now my waist is 4" smaller than before. just wanted to say thanks to everybody who helped, Ibadmfkr and more. dont post up say this belongs in tha lounge cause it belongs here where those who are making big changes can see THEY WORK, peace! oh yea im not done, im not quitting until i see abs baby! im 5'11", 225lbs at 13% right now. im looking for 200-210 like i said ill quit when i see abs.
