I am looking for a new diet. I am a female 5"2", and I weigh 130lbs. I have tried asking for help in the female only section already, but there isnt too much activity over there. I have done the low carb diet before, and i lost weight, but im looking for other ways to diet without cutting carbs out of my life. Can anyone offer some good starting advice? I do a lot of eliptical, and running at the gym. Any advice would be great.
