hello mate im on a bulking diet at the moment and im eating loads of fruit mainly bananas oranges pears i also have dried apricots and peaches depends on what your aiming for thanks lee
'too much' is relative to the individual.
Some diet templates allot carbs solely to fruits and vegetables.. no grain or tubers.
And these diets work well... so honestly 'too much' depends on your individual response; the type of fruit; your diet template and beliefs with regard to 'optimal' macro source selection.
