    building a new bulking diet, need help

    my last diet for bulking wasnt very good, i gained more fat then i needed to, i was taking sust during the time i was on it.

    here is my new bulking diet in its early stages, im going to begin this diet as soon as i have it down, then in about a month im going to begin a deca\test cycle.

    morning: 1 scoop whey protein (24g protein) 1 cup milk (160 cal,8g protein), 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (220 cal, 46g carbs, 10g protein), vitamins, 1,000mg flaxseed oil

    pre-workout: protein bar (20-30g protein), wheat thins (230 cal, 30g carbs)

    post workout: turkey sub (500 cal, 20g protein, 51g carbs) apple, protein bar (20-30g protein)

    meal 4: 2 scoop whey protein (48g protein) 1 cup milk (160 cal,8g protein), 1 cup oatmeal (130 cal, 26g carbs)

    meal 5: 1 lean meat (20-30g protein) brown rice or potatoes (20-30g carbs)

    meal 6: 1 scoop whey protein (24g protein), wheat thins (110 cal, 22g carbs)

    this is in the early stages. oh and here are my stats:
    age=21
    weight=181-185 (recently lost 12 lbs from taking ephedrine)
    bodyfat=7.85-8.24%
    workout experience=2 years
    height= 5'11

    my goal is to gain 15 lbs of lean mass by the end of my cycle. then ill cut again and wait a while then re-bulk\cut.

    If you wanna put on some pounds you gotta eat bro, your meal sizes are tiny and some of your food choices are poor.

    Shoot for 40-50g protein/meal, 50-75carbs/meal and 10-15g of fat/meal spread over a 6-7meal plan.

    that many carbs per meal? i thought for a clean bulk its good to only take in alot of carbs in the morning and before and after a workout

    ill inc my protein intake, also could u tell me what foods are poor?

    Dude you're 5'11 and 185lbs, if you're honestly 7-8% bodyfat then throwing down some good clean wholefood calories for 3-4wks isn't going to do anything but benefit you.

    You gotta make a choice, you wanna be 5'11 skinny with good abs or do you wanna put on some weight and look like you workout?

    Gotta eat.

    Btw, reason I recommended the numbers I did is so you'd get half of what I posted, the way you eat I'd doubt you could put down 3500calories/day without gagging. I just recommended a bit over 4K calories/day.
