    Game Over

I just finished reading GAME OVER II "the final showtime cut diet you'll ever need" by Chuck Rudolph, 143 pages, not too long and some of the things were pretty interesting.

    -No carbs for PWO
    -Carbs before bed
-never just combine protein and carbohydrates

That among many other things I found interesting and those 3 alone had very good reasons just way too much to type right now, if enough people are interested though I will make an effort to type it all out.

Keep in mind this is not for anyone that wants size, strength, regular guy, etc. This is only for those that want to be cut and ripped as if you are preparing for a show 16 weeks out and have 13% body fat or less.

Also gets more detailed from the 7th day out and gets day specific and tells you what to do including the night of, and the day of up to 30 min before you get on stage, also after the competition it tells you what to do diet wise.

Just remember my first post the last 2 lines and what type of person this is intended for before anyone starts posting "why would you have no carbs after workout" etc. at 16 weeks out the entire goal is to burn fat and retain as much muscle as possible and from this point on until the competition is the time it tells you to do these things not all the time.

Yes actually by a junior nationals competitor. It's mainly for people with lower end body fat trying to get into the 3-5% range.

Ya true, that was the only thing that I didn't like. Even though it was very rare and it didn't feel like they were pitching there products. They would basically recommend their product if really needed other than that I didn't mind it was like 10 out of the 140 pages that I saw a product name mentioned.

But yes the ideas are interesting and my friend says it has worked for him, have you ever tried this method and has it worked for you if you have?

Na man i havent tried it, id just rather go with person to person knowledge then the book u know--for me it was too much to ask putting trust in a book by Primaforce---kinda like the muscletech books about their products ya know..
