Get Lean Or Start Juicing
Hey guys I started a new diet 3 weeks ago I have seen results my stomach is a lot leaner I also went from 200bls to 194
All I do is 2 day slip of Push and pull work outs
Gonna keep doing it for 3 more weeks and if I don’t get abs and look rips I am gonna start Juicing
My friend is telling me to take GH
But still debating
Let me know what you think
New Diet
Protein:
1.Eggs 2.Fish 3.Chicken 4.Casein Protein
Carbs:
1. Veggies (Broccoli, Asparagus, Spinach)
2. Fruits 1 serving a day (Rainbow all but banana
3. Oatmeal (Only in the morning)
Fats:
1. Fish Oil 30mg day
2. Nuts (Almonds, Pecans, All Natural Peanut Butter)
7:00am
4 Eggs
½ Cup of Oatmeal
1 Serving of fruit
1 Tbsp of fish oil, 1 Multi Vitamin, 2 ECA Tabs
9:30am
1 Skinless Chicken
1 Hand full of almonds
12:00pm
1 Can of tuna
½ Cup of broccoli
1:45pm
1 Skinless Chicken
½ Cup of broccoli
1 Multi Vitamin
4:45pm
2 ECA Tabs
4 Lector BCAA Tabs
5:00pm
Workout -->Drink BCAA (ICE)
6:00pm
42g Of Whey Protein
4 Lector BCAA Tabs
10g of Glutamine
7:00pm
42g Of Whey Protein
4 Lector BCAA Tabs
10g of Glutamine
8:00pm
1 Salmon steak
Asparagus
10:00pm
30g Of Casein Protein
1 Multi-Vitamin
1 Tbsp of Fish Oil

Please add up the macros (total CHO, PRO, FAT, CALS). Right off the bat, there are a lot of things I dont like about your diet.
Also, how long have you been training? Its always a good idea to keep your BF% below 14% before running any cycles.

lose weight naturally and then after you lose weight if you decide you want to juice then do it but definatly lose weight first

195 lbs
33’’ Waist
17’’ Arms
I think BF% is around 12- 13
I have been Training for about 4 years on/off and the last 2 years strait minimum 4 days a week
My goal is to get Lean last resort will be Juicing I have tried in the past Winstrol Tab and Clen
Winstrol I liked got good size from is
But Clen nothing
That’s why I got a personal trainer to help me with the Diet U see on top I have lost weight in the last couple of weeks but have no energy
Also A friend just got Albuterol in Tab form and it worked great for him
Any advice would be appreciated

Start doing cardio.
Check out the cutting sticky at the top of this forum.
Also, you could use carbs PWO.

I was adding Dex to my protein for PWO but the trainer told me I don’t need it
And I’ve red mix reviews on this site
