    Is my diet in Check?

Wuts going on, I am 20 years old 5 11 and weight 192 after a cut down from a gaining faze. Right now I am planning on putting more weight on as clean as possible, while keeping the calories high.. Let me know what you think about the diet..

Meal 1: Whey protein shake, 7 egg white 1 whole egg, oat meal with natural peanut butter

Meal 2: whey protein shake, Almonds, banana

Meal 3: Fish(Tuna,Salmon, or orange ruffie) Mixed veggies, brown rice

Meal 4: Chicken, Veggies, whole wheat bread

Meal 5: Steak, Veggies, sweet patato

Meal 6: Protein Shake, natural peanut butter sandwich whole grain bread..

This doesnt include supplements that I take which are Fish oil caps, no shotgun, Creatine (Vitargo), Vitamin C, and Multi vitamin, and BCAAS.

    Any coments would be appreciated..

my training split works like 2 days on one day off..
    Day 1 : Legs
    Day2: Chest and back
    Day: 3 Off

    Day 4: Legs
    Day 5: bis and tris

    Day 6: off

    Day 7 :Legs
Day 8: shoulders and traps repeat

I do it this way so that i get 2 days of rest in between lower and upper body.. i have found this works best for me..

As for the meal times i eat every 2 1/2 hours from when i wake up if that helps at all....

impossible to make a comment without quatities, macros and total cals. Just looking at that I would say cals are way low and too many liquid foods. Not enough EFAs.

why dont you believe in counting cals?

Also i am guessing. For all i know your meals contain 500g of meat each. I guess you wouldnt know either as you dont count the cals.....

You don't "believe" in counting calories? lol how do you expect to see any kind of results other than getting lucky?

Stop being lazy and count macros if you want to see continuous progress, otherwise you will just be another guy wanting to look good and never knowing what needs to change.
