anything high in sodium (salt) should be avoided. Eating "as much as you can" is a sure way of getting fat... Put a decent diet together and keep consistent.

well i work construction 7-4 everyday so i get in pretty decent meals when i can

i didnt mean to say i eat as much as i can meaning fat food and fried foods. i eat a good clean 3000 cals a day with plenty of protein, fiber, fruits, greens, carbs and lean meat and fish. so i pretty much have my diet down i beleeve.

also i cut out alot of salt too, i actually foudn some good sauces for meat at the store with little or no sodium.

and yes ill be usign anti-e pct

Use an AI, its just edema. Itll wash away once your cycle is over and keep the diet in check
