for my pwo shake, i do 2 scoops whey, 1/2 bannana, 1/4 cup oats, 3 oz skim milk, about 6 ice cubes, blend... taste great.. is this a good pwo shake for cutting, or should i drop the milk. seems to be working because i am lossing fat

Its not the most efficient shake for someone trying to cut, albeit if you're losing fat might as well stick with it.
could somebody give me a better choice for a pwo shake{this is for cutting} pre wo i eat 5 oz chicken and one white potato,
I use 1 large frozen banana (need the carbs post workout anyway), flavored water or propel (it works wonders without any calories or sugar), 2 scoops of whey of your choice and blend. The smaller amount of liquid the more thick it will be. No milk is necessary if you add 1/2 a cup of liquid(ie: propel).
