    midnight snack while cuttine imposable ?

    im hungery the only thing i can think of eating while on a cutting diet is protein shake, or cottage cheese anyone know anything else ?

    Well if you are already at your macro limit for the day there isnt much you can do if you are set on cutting. Chew gum, drink a lot of water or put more veggies in your diet to fill you up more. I would maybe even say take some psyllium husk maybe 1-2 tbsp and let it sit in the water for a min so it swells, than drink it and drink another glass of water to swell it even more in the gut to give you a fuller feeling. 1tbsp has about 30-35 kcals.

    everynight I just have to eat something sweet, I cant control it, Ther are always really good sweets in my house so this makes it worse. I drink a protein shake before I go to sleep, but when I go to the kitched to make it I just have to have a little piece of bread with butter, or a very tiny tiny piece of cake, or small piece of muffin or something little! Is this really bad?

    you could try an appetite suppressant, such as hoodia, but it might make putting down the rest of your meals a task.

    I dont know a ton about it, but ive heard good things.

    im still in the seeking sluts phase, i had a protein shake it made it better

    everytime i start cutting i get the desire for sweets in the later evening. i just fight through the cravings and after 4-5 days of doing so i no longer have these cravings. my body eventually adapts.. mind over matter in this case..

    Try taking some glutamine, it should stop any cravings for sweets, it does for me at least.
