    Newbie...saying hello

Hey guys.....new to the forum....been working out for a long time now, and never taken anything but whey, glutamine, flax....always been around on this board but just signed up. Just giving some info on what I do and what you "Experienced" guys think....I am 25, 190 lbs, ~10%

    my typical routine is this

wake up ~6:00....eat bowl of whole grain cereals, whey shake, and banana
around 10:30 eat a turkey sandwich (whole grain bread) and another banana
workout around 12:30 or 1:00 and prior to I take another shake
after workout around 2:00 to 2:30 I take another shake and have a sandwich to get the carbs

eat again @ 4:00 or 5:00.....tuna and steamed veggies/peas/green beans

then supper meal I keep it the same and eat some sort of fish or chicken and with the veggies and a couple pieces of whole grain bread.....then before bed around 10:00 or so i will eat a bowl of fat free cottage cheese......

that is the typical routine and I stick to the diet pretty good.....is hard sometimes but I take a weekend day to eat what I want so i just wait for that day to "have fun".

Take the flax in the morning and glutamine caps throughout the day.....1 mg caps probably 4-5 times a day........about to run out and now have powder which i was planning on taking in the morning and then putting it in with my preworkout whey.....

Anything you guys would change or comments, anything????

    That is about it

This site is great....I have learned so much

    Oh yeah workout is this

    Monday- Chest Tri
    Tuesday- Shoulders Forearms
    Wednesday- Abs Cardio
    Thursday- Back Bi
    Friday- Cardio

Do about 3 lifts per muscle and keep sets around 3x10.....

People are pissed around here about Huggins.....but can't blame the guy really......that was his dream job and he is gettin up there in years, so he figured it was time for him to go.....buddy of mine I played with in college worked for Huggins as a Graduate assistant and is going to WV with him........he says Huggins is a GREAT guy to work for and is an incredible coach....hope he does well.

as for workout split and why no legs.....I have tore up both knees so bad that i just do easy cardio work and lift them real lightly just to keep them in shape......am not trying to force things with them b/c they (knees) hurt so bad.....

Its to bad, KState was on there way back to. I was hoping it would bring back the days of when KU and KSU actually had a rivalry and both teams were the team to beat both in conference and nationally.
