PWO shake, and G/H help.
Hi I was wondering if anyone can help with this…
I read in a book that it’s a good idea to leave your PWO shake for about 45-60 minuets after you train as this is when you body releases a lot of growth hormone , and G/H is at its highest level so the shake will interfere with this….anybody no if the is true??

scientific studies show the quicker the shake is consumed post WO the more effective it is. They also show the importance of pre WO shake. Drink it str8 away then whole food an hour later.

NMG i would slow it down there. Its not to piss you off but instead try taking withg grain of salt. If you saw the amount of noob questions they do and answer it tends to be tedious and therfore lack explaination. The guys on here are a huge help when you really have difficult questions so I would refrain from pissing them off and them avoiding you when you really need their help. Just a thought.

To increase GH release and nothing impede impede with it, keep fat out of your PWO shake and meal.
