    Supplement suggestions please?

The only supplements I'm currently taking are 3 whey shakes throughout the day and a multi-vitamin. I'm incredibly ectomorphic but this is kind of what my diet looks like:

Meal 1: 1.5 cups oats , banana or apple, shake

Meal 2: 4 Hardboiled eggs, 2 granola bars

Meal 3: 1.5 cup of brown rice, can of tuna, protein shake

    Meal 4: Sandwich (ham,salami,pepperoni, cheese), banana/apple/peach

Meal 5: Typically PWO Meal/Shake, salad, chicken breast.

Meal 6: Before bed snack, large can of pineapple. Typically I eat a few carbs and another source of at least 20 grams of lean protein.

Anyways, I've been taking effexor for a while and it heavily subdues my appetite so I have to pretty much force all of this food into me. I'm not sure how much more I could add to the diet since I almost eat to nausea.

The weight is coming on rather good since I've adjusted my diet. I put on like 6lbs naturally last month alone by just stacking a ton of stuff on my diet so, proof is in the pudding and I'm now a firm believer in that being the most important part of gaining strength/mass.

My workout routine is strict and I'm in the gym typically 4 days a week. I'm very low bodyfat naturally and have never really gained fat from any part of a diet. What supplements would help me in conjunction with this diet? I'm not going to be starting a cycle anytime soon but I am preparing for one and want to build up a dominating base.

    Thanks for any input!

I would add the basics: 5g creatine, 10g glutamine, and add about 4 Tbsn of Flax seed Oil

No supplement will help you as much as a better diet, you can surely do much better by revamping your diet.
