    Anyone ever get this?

    I've had shakes in the past. They only gave me gas really...

    However I was killing time in a nutrition store, and didn't want to be a complete bo0b standing around in this guys store, so I bought a premade chocolate shake by Muscle Milk.

    After that, I started to feel real energized. Good status.
    And this wasn't one of those "all in your head thing" I actually noticed energy, which brought to my attention "What could be causing this"

    Anyone else ever have this?

    Im not a big protein powder fan or shake fan....

    Probally the 17 grams of sugar in there since most shakes you might be used to lack the sugar content.
