My name is Johnny, i havent been on the site in a few years, im currently 5'9 and weigh 224lbs, im looking to cut the fat of my body,...my diet is horrible, i dont eat breakfast and lunch i eat whole wheat bread with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and dinner i usually have something with a little more calories wheathers its a burrioto, or sandwich and salad,...can somone please make me a diet that i can follow that will help me!!!
