Well it wasnt a holy one, cause it was red looking!
It has never happend to me before and I was wondering.. might it be my nutrition or did I damage something?
Just recently started working out again and I've not built a decent diet so I mostly eat tuna, eggs, pasta, cottage cheese, chicken and meat?
(And if you´re lau***ng at this bloody shit you owe me one.. cause I've got a "newbie" question for you, how many cals should I be consuming each day? I'm 220 lbs (got lazy = got fat))
