I ususally do it in the mornings when i first wake up but is this really the best way. In the morning im 175 during the afternoon and night im usually around 180, so shouslnt i be consider 180 since most of the day i am weighting at 180???

Well, that five pounds is water. You''l always fluctuate water weight between morning and night. I use the morning weight for mine.
I don't think it really matters when you weigh yourself as long as you always weigh yourself at the same time on the same day, if your diet is consistent the wight loss or gain should be accurate...XXL
