i use all this in my nighttime shake.
2tbsp of milled up flax seed.
1tbsp of natural pb.
hand full of walnuts and hand full of almonds

No the fat is different because of the O mega's in the Flax and Fish oil.
But is is the same as far as the calorie count goes.

No you don't "need" or can your body process 50g of fat in one sitting, why not try eating larger, yet reasonable portions every 3hrs during the day.
A planned diet will yield results, eating like you are will keep you skinny.

Post up your current diet (time meals are eaten along with Macros per meal)
This will help to determine what you're doing wrong.
