what to eat in the office?

just trying to sort out my bulking diet... unfortunately i spend like a 8-10 hours a day in the office, if you guys have any ideas what can i pre-prepare in the house and bring to the office please share.

ideally i'd like to have 4 proper meals during that time.

Precook on Sunday, package the stuff in one meal allotments and freeze. Chick, salmon, steak and any other lean meats. Keep a few meal replacement shakes at the office in case of emergency. Keep a container of Rolled oats at the office. Take the microwavable sweet potatoes that cook in like 5 minutes with you. Precook brown rice and prepackage. Have loads of cans of green beans in the pantry. They open fast and go right into the prepackaged glad containers of meat from Sunday's cooking.

I could go on and on...

you can eat anything you like if you pre cook and buy a cold bag. My cold bag goes everywhere with me.

I'm in the same boat with 10-12 hour days. We have a microwave so that is a bonus. I keep cheese, cottage cheese, canned chicken, canned tuna, oats and found some pre-cooked fish in a bag that is outstanding. They joke that my bookshelf looks like the shelf at a convenience store.

I also do as was mentioned earlier and try to cook meals, but if I get busy or forget them on the counter I like to have plenty of good food here so I don't cheat and eat the candy and chips we have lying around.

Im also in the same boat as you. We do have a microwave and I put a small fridge in my office. I do like the above mentioned, cook sun. or the day before and put in tuppaware. I also have turkey patties, oats, tuna, bottle of protien for shakes, nuts, fruits etc.

The women near the fax machine and water cooler!

Boiled eggs, rice and chicken, all make great packing meals.
