I'm putting together a post workout mix of supplements from a site that lets you custom make your own mixes. Here is what I want to take post workout:
Dextrose 45g
Maltodextrin 50g
Whey 50g
BCAA's 5g
Creatine 5g
Is there any reason that I wouldn't want to mix all these together into one powder? The other option I am considering would be to mix the Creatine and BCAA's together in one jug and the whey/carb combo together in another jug.
