Hey guys,
I started working out with high body fat (It was a mistake I know)... Now, I have a serious situation...
I am trying to lose as much BF as possible without losing all my muscles... I know I can use a steriod in order to save my muscles but I don't want to use any roid tell now...
I am planning on using ECA stack 75mg ED with lots of cardio (10 sessions each of 30 minutes on the bike)...
My question is : What kind of diet should I follow?!! LOW carb or NO carb?!
