however many fit in with your calorific and macronutrient needs....
I can woof down between 10 and 12 of the plain mcDonalds burgers. I don't do it for obvious reasons but I can.
The little burgers are easy. I think my record is 9.- bulking.
mcdonalds burgers weigh a tenth of a pound b4 being cooked so that doesnt even count, eat as many as you want as long as theyfit into your calorific and macronutrient needs like beats said but make sure you use the george foreman or some type of grill to cook them dont fry them
Couldn't have said it any better.Originally Posted by perfectbeast2001

a shit load
i eat 4 to 6 lean beef 6-8oz patties everyday.
Agreed!!Originally Posted by perfectbeast2001

very true but eating the same type of protein all day isnt the best option either. the amino acid profile will be skewed heavily in favor of those in the meat.Originally Posted by perfectbeast2001
might want to mix meat types, maybe lean beef for a few, ground chicken/turkey for the others.
I just at one giant burger
hey, thanks fellow for the comments and compliments. I really need to start eating like a monster or otherwise this is so-called cycle injection is getting me nowhere but skinny-n-musculer.
lol
No, you need to start eating smart not eating like a monster. If you simply ask how many burgers you can eat when bulking you are headed in the wrong direction in a hurry.Originally Posted by S431M7
Start reading about diet and nutrition or go and see a nutritionist.
i ate like a hog and gained 38 pounds of shit dont fry them or you will regret it
george foreman grill is the way to go
ate 9 double chessburger 2 days ago and then felt like was gonna die from all the grease.
is this true? i eat lean beef and chicken everyday, thats it. i want it skewed in beef amino acids, its superior to others.Originally Posted by timtim
timtim where do you get your info from?
Yes i was wondering that myself. Although I like to include variety in my diet to maximize vitamins/nutrients in various foods and keep the diet interesting I have not heard of the body skewing amino profiles ect, sounds like crap to me....Originally Posted by nyjetsfan86
read dorian yates "blood, guts, and ?" - not sure the title. he states in there why you need the different types of aminos from different protein sources. different protein sources have different amino profiles and different biological availability. whey and eggs are tops. from there chicken and beef are very similar in bv but the amino profile in beef (***ending on the type and fat content) is superior.
i used to do a ton of tuna and chicken only. the results i have gotten from using london broil, ground turkey, eggs, chicken, and whey on a daily basis have been so much better and this is all off cycle.
check out the book. i clearly remember reading that from him. maybe it just has to do with variety and the process of breaking down different protein sources.

heres a few articles i looked up, just to find more support for my statement, which i AM NOT CALLING FACT. these articles have some good info and all recommend mixing up protein sources for variety and other reasons.

states proteins vary in amino acid number and quantity

last paragraph on the page, whole thing is good though too. for some reason it wont come up on this forum. it is a roundtable discussion on ******** with berardi and few other well known guys.
my original statement is not written in stone to me. im open for all opinions and do not consider what i wrote as the end all to proper eating.

i make my own 1/4lbers (precooked weight, extra lean) and have eaten four in one sitting on a cheat day.![]()
I don't do fries, I like them grilled. I'm considering Georg Foreman cook-grill though.Originally Posted by Second2None
