    egg yoak

I'll be cutting up soon and i couldn't really find this anywere but should i include egg yoak (yellow stuff) i'll be having about 12eggs a day morning 6 and before bed 6. I see that the yellow stuff has a fair bit of fat in it so i am abit confused whether to include it or not?

is there a reason you are considering eating that many yolks??? one or 2 is plenty......they are high in cholesterol, high in cals...not the greatest for cutting OR a great fat source..1 or 2..thats all.

Just thought I'd throw in a recipe for an omlette; you if your eating that many eggs (which might be a bit boring). I eat this every morning, prep it the night before.

6-8 egg whites (keep 1-2 yolks)
1 TBS low fat ricotta cheese
    spinkling of grated mozarella cheese
chopped veggies (tomoto, red bell pepper, mush; or whatever you like)
    spinach
1 tsp low salt vegtable stoc

    Wisk eggs and ricotta cheese
add the rest of the ingredients

Cook in non stick for about 2-3 minutes; then place under broiler for another 2-3 minutes.

This makes a fantastic breakfast or a snack at night.

    Enjoy.
