Cutting - am I on the right track?

I started cutting about a week ago.
I train with weights 4 times a week (40 min sessions) and 40mins cardio 5 times a week.

I have never done a proper cutting phase before so I have a few questions.

    1) Is it ok to workout on an empty stomach and then do cardio also on an empty stomach? (sometimes I feel weak and dizzy due to lack of energy)

    2) Cardio before or after my weights?

    3) Do I take my post workout shake after my weights session, then do cardio, or take it after cardio is done?

I've cut all the crap out of my diet, I'm on about 300g protein, 130g carbs & 50g fat a day.
How long untill I start seeing results?
    I'm currently about 195lbs @ 17% bodyfat.

    THanks

You're are somewhat answering your own question. Those feelings is your body telling you something, listen to it. Cardio on empty stomach is okay but the weight training will be futile without resources in your body.

    I would say after

You should post you diet but aim for 1-2 lbs/week more then that can be detrimental. Good luck

    Thanks guys,

I'm sort of following rambo's unnoficcial how to cut thread:

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.
