    Diet Critique Please

    I am 20yrs old, 5'10 160lbs. Started a bulking diet a few weeks back and so far i have gained around 8 lbs, just want to know what yall think of my diet.
    Meal 1-5:45am Homeade weight gainer shake( 2cups milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal/ three scoops whey)
    Meal 2- 8:15 6 eggs whole, banana, weight gainer shake
    Meal 3- 10:30 Tuna salad on wheat bread, approx 1 can tuna and 1 egg
    Meal 4- 11:45 Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice and gravy, weight gainer shake
    Meal 5- 2:30 Tuna salad on wheat bread
    Meal 6- 4:45 Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice and gravy, weight gainer shake
    Meal 7- 8:00 Tuna salad on wheat bread
    Meal 8- before bed- Weight gainer shake

    Let me know what yall think of my diet and if there is anything i could change for the better.
