    Proper Diet For Lean Bulk W/Test

    Hey Guys, im starting a cycle this week that goes like this.

    running nolva throughout
    test prop first 4 weeks than
    test enth with winstrol for 6 weeks
    PCT alot of tribulus

    I'm 21 155 and burn moderate Cals apx. 2730per day according to steroid.com calculator to optimize my gains and minimizing total fat intakes is focusing on high protein or monitoring my cals per day more important what is the optimal intake. All responses help thanks guys.

    pct sounds fine to me, are you remembering that hes running nova through out the cycle.

    id suggest 20mg nova through out cycle and bump it to 40mg one week after last injection.


    now about that diet......eat a clean 2900-3100 cals a day

    here a sample from the lean bulk thread

    7:45 250 ml of egg whites
    2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
    1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
    15 gm of whey protein
    25 gm of oatmeal

    10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
    3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
    1 banana
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    5:15 120 gm of steak
    20 gm of whey protein
    Mustard
    50 gm of carrots
    5 ml of flax seed oil

    1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM

    7:15 60 gm of whey
    5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
    1 apple
    2.5 ml of flaxseed oil

    9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

    TOTAL CARBS: 300 GM – 1200 calories
    TOTAL PROTEIN 320 GM – 1280 calories
    APPROX TOTAL FAT: 63 GM – 567 calories
    TOTAL CALORIES: 3047 calories per day

    remember to mix things up sub in different foods with similar nutritional break down.... if you search for nutritional information on google youll get sites that give cal p/f/c content of almost any food

    you're 21 and only weigh 155? I hope you're 5'5" or shorter because if you aren't i don't think you've reached your full natural potential.

    21 5'8 and im probbaly border line at full potential ive been working out for about 4 years and have a very fast motabalism
