Well I've reached my goal weight wise for bulking (190) and I am considering changing my diet completely over to cutting for the remainder of my cycle. I am currently on week 5.5 / 12 of 500mg per week of Test E, and my stats are 22, 6'0'', 190lbs (was 162 5.5 weeks ago)
Now that I have reached my weight gain goal ( I am obviously aware that I am still going to gain from the gear) is it ok to switch to a cutting diet?? Right now im eating ALOT (8 meals / day, ~4550 kcals) and I want to switch right over to a clean cutting diet to try and drop my BF% during the rest of my cycle.
Any insights to this?? thanks!
