Question Please View My Carb Cycle against My Workout Plan....

I have viewed various Carb Cycle Threads and I have come up with the following plan, would this be ok?

    Calories for Weightloss - 2000cals

    High Carb Day
    Carbs 225g - Protein 200g - Fats 33g

    Low Carb
    Carbs 150g - Protein 225g - Fats 56g

    No Carb
    Carbs 75g - Protein 225g - Fats 89g

    1. Biceps/Triceps/Abs - High Carb

    2. Quads/Calves - Low Carb

    3. Back - Low Carb

    4. Off Day - No Carb

    5. Chest/Shoulders - High Carb

    6. Traps/Legs/Calves - Low Carb

    7. Biceps/Triceps/Abs - Low Carb

    8. Off Day - No Carb

    9. Back - High Carb

    10. Hamstrings/Calves - Low Carb

    11. Chest/Shoulders - Low Carb

    12. Off Day - No Carb

    REPEAT

Please advice me if this is good or bad!

i think we'd have to see your whole diet to know what that means. Carbs and Fats come in MANY different forms.

I never cycle my carbs according to my lifting, they both run a different course and happen to fall on whatever days.

Do you realize on your "no-carb" day you have 75 carbs?

I think it looks real good. How much do you weigh & do you have an idea of what your bf % is or at least how much fat you think you need to use. Are you natural or "on"?

That can have a bearing on what you are doing

Been cutting for about 4 weeks now, good results so far as for as bf goes.....but lost no weight as of yet......

At 167lbs why would you want to be "losing" weight?

If the wind blows you should hold on to something.
You're already fairly lean, I'd work on putting on some quality muscle with clean food choices and start working out your legs.

How tall are you? You look pretty thick for only 167 lbs, you must be pretty short. With the macros you posted, your getting less than 2000 cals/day, seems kinda low. Anyway, here's how I cycle my carbs:

I do 1 high carb day, 3 moderate days, and 3 low days. I lift 4x/week. Legs is high carb day (I noticed most of the time when you did legs it was low carb, personally I would have a hard time doing legs if I was low carb). The other three days are my moderate days, and my 3 days off are low carb. I started a thread a while back where I posted some good articles that give you a good idea of how to spread it out, run a search for carb cycling. I suppose if your used to it like I B D, you could just let it happen, but I like to save carb up days for days I lift and low carb for days off.
