Can i get a little help?
with my diet?
running teste/mast/tren 5'10 172lbs about 12-14%bf.
looking to stay lean and reach 185lbs.
4:30am breakfast
8 eggwhites
oatmeal
whole wheat toast
5g glutamine
5g taurine
9:30am break
1 can tuna
flax seed oil
apple
12 lunch
chicken breast
yam
salad
2pm
salmon
green vegtables
rice cakes
6pm pre workout
carb drink
5g glutamine
8pm pwo
shake w/banana and dextrose
10g glutamine
10g taurine
pwwo 9pm
steak
salad
10pm before bed
fat free cottage cheese w/trail mix
protein shake
flax seed oil
i work construction so im active all day, and burn off whatever i put in.
this is what ive put together from seach the diet threads, thanks for your input.

to be honest, you can achieve those goals within a couple months naturally

i'd stick with that diet you have. Add some macros and nutritional facts next to each so we can critique it for ya. I can't tell what you're consuming daily to help you at all... but i do know that your goal is pheasible with just a right natural diet.
